We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was conveniently close to the U-Bahn station, allowing us easy access to the city center. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided a wide variety of tasty options, and the hotel facilities were excellent. Additionally, the parking on site was convenient and well worth the cost.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its attention to detail and value for money. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good shower and spacious toilet. The location near the U2 urban station Theodore Platz made it convenient to explore the city using public transportation. The breakfast included was also a great addition, offering a variety of choices to start our day.

No negative aspects mentioned, everything was great.

The facilitiesbare rather good, everything is clean and comfort. Though our rooms are not too big, we only paid for 50 euro with great breakfast, and bathrooms are spacious. The location is far from the majority of sights in Berlin, however, with convenient transportation to zoology station (10 mins by U-bahn), everything is not that far, especially when it located near U-bahn station. Plus, close to shopping centers, like kedewe. Definitely recommended for the good value of money.

We've booked two rooms. One of them was enjoying rather good WiFi connection, while the other had no signal at all.

The breakfast was great: wide variety and good food! It was nice to have a reserved parking for the car. The location was in the western side of Berlin which is actually good when you come to Berlin for business or shopping. For double rooms, the toilet is separate from the shower, which I think is nice. The staff are very professional. We requested extra pillows and we had them.

The beds are quite small but could definitely fit average 'sized' people. Not very suitable for friends trying to save money by sharing hotel rooms. but I think it was good enough if to be occupied by couples. The location is not quite near if you came to Berlin for sightseeing as most spots are in the eastern side of Berlin, but there is a train station nearby.

The location of the hotel is great, right next to the U station and with a metro station just outside. It's convenient for those with physical handicaps. The pay parking for private vehicles is safe and reliable. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

The staff were very helpful even before I traveled, they sent me instructions of transport from airport. the location was good for my business at the icc, only 10 minutes walking distance, and the area very quiet.

Breakfast was ok, but I felt was expensive for what it offered.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The location was ideal for us as it was very close to the subway and train station. We could easily access this city's attractions from here. Additionally, the hotel was situated in a quiet residential neighborhood which was nice. The cleanliness of the room was impressive and we really appreciated the hotel facilities. The staff was always polite and helpful throughout our stay.

Perfect to explore Berlin. Three minutes walk to U station Thedor platz, from there 3-4 stops to Zooligcher garden and using the fast S Bahn connection moving around the city faster than using only Underground(total 20 minutes to Alexanderplatz). Good breakfast, Wifi service, clean, modern and comfy rooms.In the elevator there is a daily weather update for the next day!! Thats only saws professionalism and good organization. Two U stops to Olympic stadium, a must visit, to a stadium build in 1936 and used and still stands impressing. In Theodor platz you can find everything(financial center, restaurants,doner wurst, super market, and a small pub ..... if you dont want live the area. 24 hours English speaking desk. we make a one night stay in Poland, so some days before our arrival they modify throw mail our reservation in order not to charge the extra night without change the price. Throw booking that wasn't duable because the night was in the middle of the reservation and the prices was more expensive to book to separate reservations! No restaurant but nobody would stay eat inside when you are to Berlin! The toilet is separate by the washing and shower room but i dont think that is disadvantage if you rethink it!

The hotel is in an excellent location being very close to both u-bahn and bus. Getting into Berlin center takes a matter of minutes. Rooms are small but adequate and built to a very high standard of comfort and cleanliness. Breakfast was very good. Our room overlooked the Heer Strasse but did not suffer any traffic noise. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone for a short break.

When returning to the hotel in the evening, I asked for a bottle of mineral water at the bar to take to my room. I was surprised to be charged 5 euro for this, and consider it to be very excessive. I would not recommend anyone to use the hotel bar.
